Participants in this training will reflect on the trajectory of their own progress with relational competence, collaboration and contribution throughout the course of the group. Through individual and group exercises, participants will practice using validating responses to group members’ growth in contributions to group cohesion. Participants will learn strategies to pay particular attention to their courageous expressions of vulnerability and trust with others, as well as overcoming barriers in group dynamics.
