Foster Care Training

This training for service providers will review ways to support foster care providers in addressing the challenges of improving child safety, well-being, and stability, while also meeting the needs of an increasingly culturally and ethnically diverse child welfare population. This series of trainings will review how important it is to consider culture when working with youth in out of home care, how to improve communication across diverse cultures and to support foster parents provide culturally relevant caregiving.
