This training aims to provide an in depth look at assessing client’s for psychosis, and trauma The training focuses on helping participants recognize the differences as well as the overlap in the symptoms of trauma and psychosis. More specifically, the training reviews various key terms in psychosis, symptoms of psychosis, and the symptoms of complex trauma as well as PTSD. Additionally, the training explores ways to identify and understand questions of psychosis and trauma through various projective measures of assessment. Finally, the training provides resources for support for individuals struggling with attenuated or full psychosis.
