Blowing out candles, smelling flowers, and repeat!! Let’s go beyond teaching system involved youth short term anger reducers and focus on helping them understand their anger. This workshop, based in Dennis Hargis’s “Golden Rules of Anger,” provides easy-to-implement strategies and techniques that supports youth (and adults) in understanding anger, identifying what “drives the car” of anger, and learning how to manage anger. We will explore the impact of development on youth’s abilities to manage anger. This is an interactive, experiential workshop … come ready to play!
