Foster Care Training

While male sexual abuse is fairly common, the predominant dialogue is about the sexual abuse of women and girls. This training will equip social service providers of needed knowledge about male sexual abuse. The training will provide information about the prevalence of childhood male sexual abuse, myths of sexual abuse, impact of male sexual abuse and strategies to support males who have experienced sexual abuse as minors.
