Rage is an inescapable and intergenerational reality for those who are the targets of incessant dignity assaults and racial slights. Living a life harboring the harmful effects of rage is a common experience for the racially traumatized, while having minimal opportunities for acknowledgement, redress, or expression. It is a nameless assassin that systematically and methodically destroys the hopes, health, and well-being of countless numbers of people of color.
