In this training, participants will learn how to address endings within established group and individual relationships. Trainees will discuss the difficulty in saying or expressing goodbyes as participants of a program with peers along with youth in care, the uncomfortable feelings that rise up, and personal self-reflection in their own termination process. In addition, trainees will learn strategies on how to work through avoidant behaviors and strong emotions without shame or judgment.
