Foster Care Training

Foster youth are faced with complex systems of care all striving to address their complex needs. Teaming is a component of care that is both unifying and expansive through shifting to collective and collaborative approaches. This training gets to the heart of the purpose and benefits of team based care and zooms in on how to integrate teaming practices, such as Shared Decision Making and Relational strategies, to improve team dynamics and outcomes for foster youth.
