Supervision is a task that requires a range of skills including teaching, modeling, supporting and guiding. In the course you will learn how to identify learning styles and personality types, the benefits and challenges these present supervisees in learning to work with clients and how to use this knowledge to improve your work with supervisees. You will also learn how to teach supervisees to use a theoretical orientation to inform the interventions they use with clients.
