The training aims to educate staff on ‘best practices’ in terms of improving fidelity to internal, county, state, federal, and joint commission standards. The training begins by laying the groundwork of the ‘Golden Thread’ and how best practices influence all aspects of treatment for a client. Once the staff have a concrete understanding of what this looks like, they will then apply these skills by using case presentations and using the EHR to practice their newly learned skills.
