In this course, we examine the role that diversity and multiculturalism plays in the workplace and in direct service to clients. Self-awareness and inward reflection are critical practices in the development of cultural humility. Building practices of inclusion can strengthen teams and result in increased satisfaction of consumer.This course is designed to lead the group in process dialogue and participation in activities that can uplift all of these areas.
