Foster Care Training

A lot of times when an organization puts time an effort into improving cultural humility and culturally responsive care those efforts are stymied by miscommunication and misunderstanding. This training will introduce key topics and use participatory activities to help your team develop the language needed for these tough conversations. Participants will have the opportunity to explore their own identities and how their identities impact their work and shape their use of culturally competent practices.
